There are two blue ring light switches, to be fixed. One new LED downlight is to be replaced, and the testing & compliance certificate is needed for the smoke alarm.

need wiring In garage turned back on and new light fitted as will be using it for business use. Have tried to turn on fuse box and change bulk but no luck.

Automatic electric gate gets stuck and stops working. It rattles along the track and has become noisy. Recently got it Serviced and adjusted but then it got stuck again. The repair man said the motor still has another year left in it. I’ve set it to manual mode but it still feels hard to slide when manually opening and closing it.

Change 5 power points panels, the price are only Labor fee as I have purchased all the panels from Bunnings, we were going to do them ourselves, but the Bunnings guy said the work needed to be done by electrician.

I’m installing an electric fireplace, need electrician to install a plug inside the wall for the fireplace with a safety off switch. Big hole is on the wall so won’t require any cutting up, also, carpenter is on site to patch up wall after electrician is finished. Whole job shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 14 December 2023
